Hand Clamps
Hand clamps are temporary fixturing tools used to hold and position work for assembly, woodworking, and renovation applications; hand clamps hold parts together during gluing, fastening, and can be operated by one hand. Additional ratchet mechanism will double its clamp power than standard spring clamps.
Adjustable Clamps
Based on the functionality of hand clamps, insert additional mechanism, allows both clamp jaws to be adjusted or shifted. The adjustable clamp can configure its structure to accommodate various object sizes or thickness, which increase the versatility of the standard hand clamp and reduce the number of different clamp sizes needed in the work space.
Bar Clamps
Bar clamps are any type of clamps that are designed and form its structure on the rigid bar, usually made of high grade steel. The fundamental purpose of having a rigid bar is to hold a large or long workpiece, and it is a very popular type of clamp for cabinet building, gluing panels or frames, and making furniture.
One-handed Clamps
Parallel Clamps
Also another type of bar clamp that consists of two large and flat clamp faces that maintain right angle to the bar and stay parallel to each other. Parallel clamp is specifically designed so that clamp pressure is spread evenly across the clamp face and the two faces maintain perfect parallel even under extreme pressure. Parallel is ideal for wooden panel joining.
Pipe Clamps
Similar to the bar clamp, however the pipe clamp is consist of two structures that then attached onto a standard ¾” (or ∅27.2mm) steel pipe. Unlike bar clamp, pipe is a stand item that is sold around the world, and consumers can purchase steel pipe of their desired length then attach clamp structures to form the pipe clamp. Pipe clamps usually can exert large clamp pressure; minimum of 500kgf, so pipe clamps are perfect for building stable slabs.
Sash Clamp
A sash clamp, similar to the pipe clamp, is a very long and sturdy clamp, and primarily used in woodworking and cabinetry. Bars in sash clamps are usually made of extruded aluminium or steel I-beam. A significant advantage of extruded aluminium bar sash clamp is light weight.
